Senator Ben Stevens brought up the concurrence on CS FOR                                            
SENATE BILL NO. 175(JUD)(efd fld) "An Act relating to civil                                         
liability for inherent risks in sports or recreational activities" which                            
had been held (page 1672).                                                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                       
amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 175(JUD)(efd fld), thus                                         
adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 175(JUD).                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House
